"Tong Yan Wu Ji" (Tong speaks without restraint). A pun on "童言无忌" (children speak freely). Refers to entertainer Tong Zhuo who, since being investigated for gaokao fraud self-exposure, has been speaking freely on Weibo as a public figure and staying on hot search.
